I’ll add that due to changes in egg hatching mechanics introduced in SWSH, they should in fact be able to properly shiny lock this Manaphy egg, assuming they choose to do so — so this Manaphy likely cannot be shiny.
(They may not shiny lock it, but don’t get your hopes up.)
